Communication with your horse is achieved using our proven, fundamental ELEMENTS OF HORSEMANSHIP™ visualization coaching method. Whether your goals are highly refined skills, or basic safety and pleasure, the elements of good horsemanship are the vital tools that will lead you to successful results.

The Elements of Horsemanship™ Method

Visualization & Body

1. Visualize what you want. Gain clarity on the shared vision with your horse. The possibilities are endless.
2. Declare your intention to get there. See your goal, while being realistic and prepared to do the work in your body and mind to make it happen.

Mind & Emotion

1. Train. Focus inward to be present in your mind and centered in your body. Your shared vision skillset develops here.
2. Engage. This is where practice comes in, knowledge can only get us so far. Muscle memory and body performance must be used when needed.

Spirit & Imagination

1. Do and Review. This is the fun part. Your hard work is rewarded by being in the "moment”. And when successful, you will want more of it.
2. Acknowledge yourself. And visualize more. The process is limitless, and will take you and your horse to any level imaginable.
